Pratika(Posh) is the heart behind our calm, intentional way of doing beauty at Posh & Bliss.
She brings over 15 years of experience in leadership, people, and business, but what truly stands out is her warmth, her calm confidence, and the way she makes everyone feel seen.
She’s deeply qualified (BPharm, postgraduate management studies, MBA, Master’s in Health & Pharmaco-economics, and multiple international leadership certifications), but she never leads with just titles. She leads with care, thoughtfulness, and a love for excellence.
Pratika is the one who keeps our standards high, our processes smooth, and our clients feeling safe and looked after.
Her experience across the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa shows in how effortlessly she creates order, structure, and trust.

Bashni (Bliss) brings a calm strength to Posh & Bliss, the kind of person who makes you feel instantly confident that you’re in capable hands.
With over 8 years as a practicing advocate and the owner of a successful legal practice, she knows how to navigate complexity, precision, and high-stakes decision making.
Her background includes:
• Advocate at the Johannesburg Society of Advocates
• Extensive experience in commercial law
• A track record of running her own legal firm with integrity and excellence
But beyond the titles, Bashni is warm, thoughtful, and deeply committed to making sure every client experience at Posh & Bliss is seamless and safe.

Our philosophy goes beyond aesthetics, it’s about conscious beauty. That’s why all our nail polishes and gels are at least 9-21 free from toxic chemicals, giving you beautifully polished nails without the worry of harsh chemicals. We ensure looking your best always feels safe, stylish, and serenely sophisticated.
