Welcome to Posh and Bliss! We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality beauty and nail services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Appointments and Bookings
2.1. Booking Confirmation
All appointments are confirmed via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You are responsible for ensuring Posh and Bliss has your correct contact information.
2.2. Arrival Time
We kindly request that you arrive at least five (5) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a stress-free check-in, a quick consultation, and ensures your treatment can begin promptly.
New clients are advised to arrive ten (10) minutes prior to complete any necessary consultation forms.
2.3. Late Arrival Policy
If you anticipate being late, please call us immediately at +27 72 946 4537.
For clients who are more than ten (10) minutes late: We may not be able to perform the complete service booked, and the treatment may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. The full price of the original service will still be charged.
For clients who are more than fifteen (15) minutes late: We reserve the right to classify the appointment as a “No-Show” and you will be subject to the Cancellation/No-Show Fee (see Section 3.3).
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
3.1. Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice
We require a minimum of twelve (12) hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client.
3.2. Deposit Requirement
For all appointments, especially those requiring extended time (e.g., full sets of extensions, permanent makeup), a non-refundable booking deposit (e.g., 25% of the service cost or a fixed R250) may be required at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your appointment slot. The deposit will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
3.3. Cancellation/No-Show Fee
Failure to provide 12 hours’ notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment (“No-Show”), will result in a fee.
The fee will be 100% of the deposit paid, or 50% of the total service cost if no deposit was taken.
Clients with a history of repeated cancellations or no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future services in full.
4. Services and Quality Guarantee
4.1. Consultation
Before any service, a brief consultation will be conducted. You are responsible for informing your therapist of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications (topical or oral) that may affect the service.
4.2. Aftercare Responsibility
Your therapist will provide specific aftercare instructions. The longevity and quality of the service are dependent on following these instructions. Posh and Bliss is not responsible for damage caused by client non-compliance with aftercare instructions.
4.3. Service Guarantee (Fixes)
If you experience any chipping, lifting, or product failure with gel or acrylic nail enhancements within three (3) days of the service, we will happily fix it free of charge, provided proper aftercare was followed.
You must contact us within this three-day period to arrange the fix.
4.4. Redo/Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform the Salon Manager before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to correct the service to your satisfaction.
5. General Salon Policies
5.1. Health and Safety
The health and safety of our clients and staff is paramount.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who presents with any contagious condition (e.g., visible fungal infection, verrucas, or flu/cold symptoms) that could pose a risk to the client, staff, or other patrons.
5.2. Personal Items
Posh and Bliss accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including clothing, jewellery, or electronic devices, brought into the salon.
5.3. Children and Guests
For the safety and relaxation of all our clients, and due to the use of professional chemicals and sharp tools, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the treatment areas unless they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult.
Clients are kindly requested to refrain from bringing extra guests to their appointment unless they are also receiving a service.
5.4. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.
